About Bron
Bron's Story
Leadership isn’t about fitting in—it’s about showing up fully as yourself.
No shrinking. No over-explaining. No twisting yourself into a version of leadership that keeps everyone else comfortable.
I work with high performing women who are ready to redefine what successful leadership looks like by throwing away the traditional leadership norms that currently dominate the outdated leadership models we work in.
My work transforms leadership so women own their ambition, embrace their femininity and step into their power. Because you CAN have all three, and lead with clarity, confidence, and ease.
Leadership isn’t about playing by an outdated rule book. It’s about playing to your strengths.

More from Bron
Born in Mount Isa, raised in Townsville and now living in Darwin, I bring together best-practice leadership experience with a deep understanding of regional Australia. I’ve led global teams of 500, managed portfolios worth over $500 million, lived and worked in India, run $180 million projects, and designed a global delivery model that lifted productivity by 38%, improved strategic leadership alignment by 18% and boosted employee engagement by 15%.
I’ve even been a CEO — and through all of it, the part I loved most was coaching women to claim their ambition and lead with confidence, clarity and power.
Today, I’m an ex-CEO turned executive coach and leadership strategist working with high-performing women who are ready to lead with alignment (and a little mischief), without shrinking themselves to fit outdated expectations.
I believe leadership has been modelled on the wrong traits for too long. Women consistently outperform men on the attributes most highly correlated with leadership effectiveness — yet they’re still navigating environments built on masculine norms and feedback that doesn’t reflect who they are or how they lead.
My work is about restoring what the system squeezes out: ambition worn proudly, power claimed without apology, femininity held with confidence, and women uplifting women. I’ve lived the tension of trying to fit into systems not built for us. I’ve watched brilliant women burn out, opt out or dilute themselves to survive. And I refuse to let that be the story for the next generation.
I started in spaces where the biggest dream offered to women was “a good admin job.” I was once knocked back for a role because they assumed I’d “marry an army boy and move away” — I was single, just in Townsville. Those early experiences shaped everything about how I advocate for women in leadership today.
My coaching is structured, values-led and deeply personal — without adding to your already overloaded calendar. I create powerful, safe spaces for high-performing women to breathe, reflect, and lead without needing to prove themselves first.
Outside of work, you’ll find me adventuring with my husband Ben and our dog Dude — on bikes, in boats, underwater, or anywhere off-grid. Freedom to Adventure is one of my core values, because leadership should fuel your life, not drain it.
If you’re ready to stop contorting yourself to fit outdated leadership moulds — and start leading on your terms — I’d love to hear from you.
Bron brought in the right amount of tools to help me find better growth in my issue area. I had a BIG awareness shift, a life change, and lightness that came as a result.

Authenticity was my compass guiding me to ensure whomever I worked with understood my needs and was able to support the type of person I am.

I would recommend Bron to anyone that needs help, especially in business. Bron was perfect in that she was professional, had her head screwed on but was really approachable and friendly.

Authenticity was my compass guiding me to ensure whomever I worked with understood my needs and was able to support the type of person I am. After a 20 minute chat, I knew I had found the right fit for me. I really appreciate your gentle challenges and your asking so many questions to get the right information from me to set me up for success.

I would recommend Bron to anyone that needs help, especially in business. When I was looking for a coach I wanted someone with corporate experience who ‘knew what they were doing’ but also wasn’t going to be cold and steely. Bron was perfect in that she was professional, had her head screwed on but was really approachable and friendly.

Frequently Asked Questions
A leadership strategist goes beyond traditional executive coaching. While coaching remains the heart of the work, it’s paired with strategic insight, education, and evidence-based practices that uplift both the individual leader and the broader organisation.
Think of it as coaching with extra firepower: yes, there’s space for deep reflection and mindset work, but also practical tools, strategic planning, and mentoring to strengthen leadership capability, decision-making, and organisational impact.
Whether you’re navigating a pivot, shaping culture, or building a future-ready leadership pipeline — a leadership strategist helps you lead with clarity, not just confidence.
Knowing your goal or feeling ‘ready’ isn’t a prerequisite for coaching. Sometimes it’s simply knowing something isn’t right and wanting to figure out what. Coaching can be messy and part of the process is sorting through the ‘spaghetti’ in our heads to figure out our goals.
The only prerequisite to coaching is being ready to invest the time and effort in your growth. If you’re happy with the status quo, don’t want anything to change and everything is going ok, now is not the time for coaching.
Great question — they’re related, but they serve different purposes.
Coaching is focused on helping you find your own answers. It’s reflective, forward-focused, and grounded in the belief that you already have the insight — you might just need space, the right questions, and a bit of support to uncover it. Coaching builds clarity, confidence, and capability from the inside out.
Mentoring, in the way I practise it, is less about war stories over coffee and more about sharing structured, evidence-based approaches to leadership that actually work. It’s about passing on proven strategies, research-informed tools, and real-world perspective — especially when they can shortcut the trial and error.
In my work as a leadership strategist, you’ll get both: powerful coaching to unlock what’s already within you, and structured mentoring to strengthen your leadership with tools that support both you and your organisation.
I can, let’s book a free call call and talk through what you’re looking for to see if I can help you.
You’re right — this is a big commitment. You spend a huge part of your life at work, and investing in making that experience better is absolutely worth it. You are worth it. And what you discover about yourself through this work won’t just shift your leadership — it’ll ripple into every part of your life. I promise.
While there are no guarantees in life, I do offer this: if after the first two sessions you don’t feel like it’s the right fit, I’ll refund you in full. No awkwardness, no hard feelings. I also have a fee-free cancellation policy — if at any point you’re not getting value from our work together, you can walk away.
Whilst my primary focus is on women who are already senior, executive and C-Suite leaders, I also support women who are aspiring to senior leadership as their next promotion. Book in a strategy call and we can discuss if I’m the right coach for you or I can refer you to a better fit from my network.
Because building a business is one thing — leading it well as it grows is a whole new game.
Founder CEOs often start out wearing every hat in the business. But as the team grows (usually around that 8–12 person mark), things shift. Suddenly, it’s not just about the product or service — it’s about people, leadership, vision, and strategic direction. And that can be deeply confronting. The role changes, the pace quickens, and the old ways of working start to hold the business — and the founder — back.
That’s where I come in.
Through The Founders Way, I support clarity-driven CEOs who are navigating this critical stage. We work together on leadership strategy, team dynamics, decision-making frameworks, and the mindset shifts needed to stop doing and start leading. It’s structured, evidence-based, and built to grow with you — because your business needs your leadership, not just your hustle.
