Senior women are being promoted quickly — especially in Northern Australia — into roles with big responsibility and little support.

This is a small group coaching program for ambitious senior women leaders, designed to accelerate leadership effectiveness by strengthening self-leadership first, then leadership of others.
Groups capped at 6–8 women
Fortnightly sessions (one workshop + one group coaching session each month)
Initial 3-month commitment, with the option to continue for a further 3 months
Delivered in Darwin or Online

What is group coaching?
Group coaching is a structured leadership development approach where a small group of experienced leaders work together under clear facilitation to build self-awareness, judgement, and effectiveness in real leadership situations. Learning is driven by reflection, coaching questions, shared insight, and practical application — not advice-giving or fixing.
This is not therapy or a group support space. The focus is on leadership clarity, decision-making, accountability, and performance. Personal insight is used only where it strengthens how you lead, not as an end in itself.
Who is this program for?
Leadership Accelerator Group Coaching is designed for senior women leaders who are already performing well and want to lead with greater clarity, confidence and authority — without burning themselves out. This includes leaders in business, government and the NFP sector who have stepped into bigger roles quickly or are carrying increasing responsibility.
Is this suitable if I’m new to senior leadership?
Yes. In fact, this program is particularly valuable if you’ve been promoted quickly (or want to be) and haven’t had the space to properly consolidate how you lead at this level.
How big is the group?
Groups are intentionally small — 6 participants, with an absolute maximum of 8. This protects psychological safety, depth of discussion, and the quality of the experience.
Is this a safe and confidential space?
Yes. The programme operates under Chatham House Rule. What’s shared in the room stays in the room. Confidentiality and respect are non-negotiable.
What’s the time commitment?
The programme runs fortnightly, with sessions held in person in Darwin. Each month includes:
one workshop-style session
one group coaching / roundtable session
The initial commitment is three months, with the option to continue for a further three months.

You’re right — this is a big commitment. You spend a huge part of your life at work, and investing in making that experience better is absolutely worth it. You are worth it.
